Tenants wishing to rent a property through Chris Hedges Lettings must be referenced.
Once referencing has been completed, you will be expected to pay a months rent in advance and a deposit of one month of the rental value. This will be held by The Deposit Protection Service. Tenancy changes will be charged at £40.
